The Sony Reader app for Android is now available as a free download from Android market place. You can as well photograph the below QR code with the Barcode Scanner or Google Goggles app on your Android phone to download it. The app requires Android 2.2 and higher, which is incredibly ironic considering most Sony Ericsson mobile phones are still stuck with Android 2.1 operating system. An iOS version is also in the works, though Sony’s mobile app page says only that it’s “coming soon.”
